ABOUT YOGA
Yoga practice is associated with several physical and emotional benefits.  The main purpose of the practice of Yoga is to reduce suffering.  Physically, Yoga enhances strength, flexibility, stamina, posture, and grace.  Breathing techniques help you breathe deeper and more fully on and off your mat, leading to clarity and stillness in the mind which is ideal for concentration and memory. Yoga is a practice that helps deal with daily stressors and allows you to better deal with stress as it arises. The practice teaches self-awareness and helps one adopt new ways of thinking that benefit, enhance, and embrace positivity.  Above all, Yoga practice is a personal journey that is unique and will become apparent to you as you begin your practice and learn about your own body.  The changes that you make will lead your life to a new direction.  Yoga practice is ideal for people of all ages, all cultures, all genders, and all sizes.

WHAT IS COACHING?
Your coaching session is uniquely prepared for You.  The class can be chosen based on preferences experience, ability and need.  It can also be a combination of 1 or 2 classes.  It may likely include some breathing exercises followed by physical movement & poses. Physical activity (poses and flow) is incorporated depending on the individual's needs and medical conditions.  The practice depends on the individual student, their preferred style, and ability.  Flexibility is not a requirement and everyone can practice Yoga.  All levels are welcome.
